Highly recommend!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility and their staff. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed by a friendly and caring reception area. The facility is clean and comfortable. Upon moving into the surgical area, I was greeted by Allysa who immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. This clinic was incredible from the greeting at reception to the nursing staff, anesthesiologist and physician. Everyone explained what to expect, they were personable and competent. BASC- you made my experience go as smoothly as possible and I will absolutely be returning in the future for diagnostic testing.
I can't recommend this team enough! Had a procedure this morning and everyone was efficient, professional, and 100% on the ball from the moment I walked in. Girls at the front were extremely welcoming and friendly, and the clinical team was amazing. Nurses Luc, Pam, and Amanda, surgical tech Korey, and CRNA Tammy were all extremely kind and knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable during the entire process. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my terrible experience with this office—specifically regarding their billing practices and how I was treated by their Director of Finance, Lisa Christou. Back in April, I called to discuss my balance and was explicitly told I could pay in four monthly installments. They even took my card information over the phone.
