I went to Bedell Automotive to get a second opinion and a diagnostic for some problems that the Honda dealership alleged that my car had. What impressed me most about Bill at Bedell Automotive was that he took the time to go through the maintenance history and information about the car to diagnose the issues I had with my Honda - and was able to clearly show that the issues that the dealership was saying I had (suspension, rods, ball joints) were not founded. Bedell Auto is a great and honest place to take your vehicle. Bill is as honest as they come. And very reasonable with his prices. Great company and fortunate to have them so close!
I recently had a great experience at Bedell. Bill and Lisa were awesome throughout the process of a major repair for our vehicle. Bill is a very honest person which means the world to me. The total was less than anticipated due to one service not being needed. I know other shops would have just left it on the bill. I will be taking our vehicles here for now on.
Bill and Lisa have taken great care of every vehicle I've brought in. They're the definition of a hometown small business. I'm a busy working mom of 3 and they have come in clutch with all of my car troubles ranging from none of the air pump stations working on my minivan to declaring DOA on a hard driven vehicle. Today they saved me with a last minute "Hey, can you guys check my battery and swap it out on my way to work?" In and out in 20 minutes despite my insisting no need to rush. A class act family business.
