They never call me back, service is terrible
Company is not responsive when it comes to repairs or servicing their products. No return calls or emails. Will need to go in-person to their office. The screen door track consistently comes apart from the glass frame.
I bought doors fro my new home 10 years ago. Ever since they were installed, I had trouble with all of the doors, I had to take them to court to come adjust the doors. The doors fall out of adjustment several times a year and they were never functional. I would never recommend or install in my house again. Very poor quality.
