Probably the worst rental I’ve ever wasted money on. This home looks much worse in person than in the pics. The pics are very misleading. Downstairs the baseboards are completely rotted out and you can smell the mold. The A/C and heat are completely dis functional. The middle floor and bottom floor work off the same unit and temperature control so when the temperature is 70 degrees on the middle floor the bottom floor is 62 degrees. On the outside the house looks amazing. On the inside, it is in complete disrepair. Nothing works as it should, and what does work needs serious attention. From the broken tile to the non working double oven (since 2007), horrific paint, light fixtures not working (plus regular bulbs in the can lights), horrible furniture, squeaky beds (every one of them), broken TV, and mold growing in the garage from a leaky shower above. Great location. How was ok. A few odds and ends need to be repaired, but overall it was perfect for what we were looking for in a getaway.
