Awful experience! Extremely unprofessional. Went with two brides that I’m a bridesmaid for. We were told ahead of time that it wasn’t necessary to make an appointment and practically got treated like we were a bunch of children playing around in their store. No help was provided to get into the dresses and we kept being encouraged to “order online” instead of her providing actual help.
