Dr. Bedard was a wonderful physician. However, since he passed, I have been flooded with statements telling me that I owe $189.75. I paid that amount to the office shortly after Dr. Bedard passed, but I keep receiving statements. I have an image of the check I sent with the signature on the back showing it was deposited. There seems to be no way to contact anyone to discuss this matter. The only phone number on the statement leads to the disconnected office number.

I had a schedule appointment on 6/23 and couldn’t get a hold of the office as the number is disconnected so I called the neighboring office in the same building to see if they were open and they confirm that rheumatologist Dr. Bedard had pass away and so the office is no longer open. I didn’t get any email or mail notice of this except an automated phone call reminder that I have an appointment schedule 2 days before.

Helped my family member with their arthritis. The staff are exceptionally kind and caring. Dr Bedard is a great doctor who goes above and beyond for his patients. Patience is all that is needed as you wait your turn, some patients need extra care, just be patient, you will defiantly get it returned. He gives his time to his patients equally., My nephew was in a wheelchair and needed a joint injection and Dr Ted Bedard did it himself with the assistance of one if his nurses. Waited months to get into to see this Dr and they cancelled just one month before my appt. in a lot of pain and this Dr knowing he’s retiring shouldn’t have made new patient appt. Pretty upset and thinking about reporting him to the medical board. No regard at all for humanity.
