Dave, our salesman placed us in a vehicle that checked all our boxes at a price and payment that fit our budget. He was very knowledgeable and explained all of the features on or vehicle. The whole process through sales, finance and delivery was stress free.
Repair work excellent 👌! Explanations and honesty👍 excellent! All people that I dealt with were like family, from sales to👍 repairs. The only problems that I experienced was the timeliness of repair parts delivery and the issues with loaner/shuttle service when you business is in such a rural👍 setting. I will still happily give my return business to Bedard Bros.👍

I am thankful for 2 things. Diagnosis and documentation. We have about 150,000 miles on our Pacifica which we bought new. So we are very familiar with many of the “quirks” of this model. We have had the secondary battery go out twice in the past and the symptoms this time were very similar. About 1 year ago, we had a check engine light. The 1-3-5 head was warped and replaced (plus other work) under warranty. It ran terrible and we took it to another Chrysler dealer who replaced the warped 2-4-6 head under warranty.
