Buying process was smooth no problems as expected, but after that they couldn’t care less about you, I’ve had so many problems with my car which isn’t their fault. But I bought the “bumper to bumper warranty”, they have found every single way to get around doing work on my car that is covered under warranty, breaks ,electrical and many other things, and I’ve been stuck with finding a way to fix myself, thousands of dollars I’ve already paid for a warranty that I straight up won’t use because they’re so scummy.
