I am thankful for 2 things. Diagnosis and documentation. We have about 150,000 miles on our Pacifica which we bought new. So we are very familiar with many of the “quirks” of this model. We have had the secondary battery go out twice in the past and the symptoms this time were very similar. About 1 year ago, we had a check engine light.
