I have sent 2 emails over the past few weeks regarding our insurance and have not received any response so.....
Extreme poor customer service. Did not return phone calls or answer questions, just gave us a phone number to call after our house was damaged in the Wellesly Spokane Fire in 2016. I called that number and was told that I needed to talk to Bedard. Bedard did not return my phone calls. Very unhelpful during a stressful time. Their website states, "Personalized Attention and Unequivocal Dedication". I would say that is a statement of irony in the extreme.
