Extremely disappointed with the service I received. I used them t purchase business insurance for the 2024 year. They failed to understand the insurance application and provided me with incorrect information, so at the end of the year I owed a surprise $1300 extra to the insurance company for incorrect payroll reporting. I, however, provided accurate and timely updates to any changes in Payroll as asked of me to avoid this very thing.
