I bought a beaty rest black plus pillowtop bed from them and after about 2 years it sagged. Filed a warranty claim and went in to look at other mattresses. After telling this guy numerous times I couldnt sleep on a firm bed and he kept pushing me to the bed he wanted me to have. I agreed to a level 3 hybrid in " not a firm" paid another 500 bucks on top of my warranty. And what does this guy order me. They're not open on Sunday even though the hours state that they are. I tried calling prior to driving over. A plumbing company comes up when you try calling.
I am not recommending this establishments. My wife and I, with two friends from church. We visited this store on the 20th of July, at 1:30. There was one sales man in the store; he was assisting another customer. We informed he we would look around until he was available. My friend asked if he could use the restroom, the sales man informed him no. He said he could not manage everything with him in the restroom. I guess he thought we would steal a mattress.
