Horrible Customer Service My Mother In Law recently bought a guest bed from BedMart, She bought paid and signed for all delivery and bed charges before we left the store. When they delivered it they tried to charge her an additional $100. When called they were rude and refused to drop the charge for around 30minutes. Once they did drop the charge (after great debate and rudeness) They called back and told us that if we would like to buy a bed "Go to Olathe"

cheap stuff Bedmart has cheap furniture and beds. We bought a bed frame from here for a guest room. The bed is hardly used and it is still falling apart. We should have known that a bed this cheap would be poorly made and assembled.

Bedmart is wonderful Great service I was in recently and was pleased with all aspects of my new bed purchase. The sales people were friendly and prompt. I decided to purchase there after finding out that Pay-less Furniture sells used mattresses. I bought a simmons wellman plush and could not be happier. Thank you Bedmart for your wonderful service.
