Regretted my purchase within the first week. 10 year warranty, lol after putting up with it and waking with a sore back, for two years now, pocket springs and all I am getting rid of it

The service that we got with purchasing a mattress and base was outstanding starting from the purchasing of it right up to the delivery and it been assembeling of it we couldnt ask for better service.

I have been buying mattress' off The Bed Man for a few years now and his customer service and quality mattress' are amazing. He custom made a cot mattress for my daughter and I have bought both a double and king bed and base from him. Having major back issues (from past surgery) I can honestly say I've never slept better. I highly recommend his mattress' not only for quality workmanship but price too! You can't beat him. Go check him out you won't regret it.

Who'd have known it takes 1,000+ sleeps (that is 8000+ hours of quality and comfortable sleep), to "discover" the unbearable twisting back pain that you suddenly keep waking up to every morning is because you brought the wrong mattress, and therefore warranty is void??? You bet I brought the wrong mattress - and I brought it from the wrong place. I'm certain there are other reputable businesses that confidently stand by their products and won't treat you like an idiot when things start going wrong.
