Buyer Beware, Especially on warranty claims. We bought mattresses, mattress protectors, and other items for our entire 5-bedroom home from Johnny at Bed DRS when we moved to AZ less than 2 years ago. Based on that experience, I'd think twice before going back. One of our King mattresses started protruding on the side, so my wife called Johnny. He checked with the manufacturer and said it was likely a defect, that the model had been discontinued, and offered two upgraded mattresses from the same manufacturer as replacements. ... read more
My wife and I have been saying for a very long time, we were gonna get a box spring for our new mattress, which is on a platform bread frame with slats. We happen to find this place by accident, And boy are we glad we did, the owner Anthony was the one who helped us, gave us an amazing deal and we had it delivered, because his drivers were tied up, he personally delivered it to our apartment in old town. I was looking for a special adjustable electric bed frame to help with acid reflux. Not the kind that every store has where just the head of the bed moves, but one that also has a "tilt" feature.
