Disappointed Customer – Doing business at Bed City was a very big disappointment. I was told my bed would be delivered at 3:00 - got a called and said it would be a little later than that - waiting for the truck to deliver it - finally got my mattress between 6:30 and 7:00 - asked if they would take old mattress since that had always been the case when I purchased mattresses from other vendors.
