the staff was very connecting and compassionate about my situation. having bedbugs can feel like the end of your life. the staff was matriculas and communicative. they handled all the supplies and equipment and even talk to me while going through the process. Great customer service. Cindy spent time talking me off the ledge on the phone when I was upset about my bedbug bites. They partnered with my pest control company and got everything done really quickly. Definitely recommend.
