TLDR: hire someone else; they couldn't find the bugs and gaslighted me, then ghosted me. A little while ago, I hired Ken and his dog to check my house for bedbugs; I knew the signs and wanted to get ahead of the problem right away. Ken came to my house with a very hyper dog. Ken said he had a calmer dog but took this one because I had a cat; the cat was locked away. They searched my place and said he didn't find anything.
