I called Luke in a time of need, after many visit from a different company with the chemical spray I still had no luck in eliminating the bed bugs and was just burning more and more money with no results. Luke knew I was in need and went out of his way to book me in after already doing a previous job earlier that day. Craig and his colleague were absolute professionals from start to finish. Communication ahead of inspection was brilliant which was very reassuring. Craig came to inspect our house ahead of a potential heat treatment but he couldn’t see any signs of pests and as we hadn't been bitten for almost a week he told us that we should wait another week or so to see how we got on.
