Craig and his colleague were absolute professionals from start to finish. Communication ahead of inspection was brilliant which was very reassuring. Craig came to inspect our house ahead of a potential heat treatment but he couldn’t see any signs of pests and as we hadn't been bitten for almost a week he told us that we should wait another week or so to see how we got on.
