Very professional and respectful. Bryce came and did a free inspection of my home. He took his time and inspected every bedroom. Took the mattresses and box springs off of every bed frame and thoroughly inspected every nook and cranny. He even took apart and inspected our couch. Luckily he did not find anything and gave us the all clear. He was here for about 45 minutes and did not charge us for the inspection. I hired these guys to do a heat treatment because I had been dealing with bed bugs for awhile and I wanted a guaranteed way to treat them. Bryce informed me during the free inspection that there would most likely still be some bed bugs alive after the heat treatment and that the follow up treatments would take care of the rest. He was right about there still being a few left but his team kept there word and did a follow up treatment as part of the guarantee. He was professional, knowledgeable and reassuring and his quote was very reasonable.
