Frankie was the tech I dealt with. I called him on a Sunday in a panic about bed bugs.. he came within hours to inspect and confirmed my fear. I was a wreck but he was very calm, caring, and empathetic… they came a few days later all the while keeping in contact in between. Him and Dean were AWESOME! Frankie and his tech guy was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! They came out and inspected my apartment and found what the other inspector couldn’t find (the “inspector” my apartment complex trusts) they came ON TIME and was so nice and professional!!! I wouldn’t recommend nobody else but them !!!
