Nancy was very friendly. She reassured me that my dog would be safe in her care. Kennels were clean, and everything smelt clean. I have a 1yr old female German Shepherd that I was concerned with trying to jump a fence but once I seen how high the fences are I'm not worried. I'm going to be dropping my pup off for a doggie daycare day in a couple weeks to see how she does.

I have an 75lb giant ball of anxiety. Nancy and her staff have been absolutely great at helping us slowly ease him into being comfortable staying at the Bed and Biscuit. I know he is well taken care of and safe, and I also appreciate Nancy's attention to detail when it comes to making sure all pets are up to date on vaccines. I love the day care option, it is great when we are going to be out town just long enough for me to worry that it will be too long for him. Highly, highly recommend Bed and Biscuit!

I made a reservation and worked with them to get shot records to them. Found them to be very nit-picky. We have given our dogs their routine shots for years as we've had a kennel in the past. We couldn't get our dog in for the first influenza shot so gave it ourselves. All other shots were administered in the vets office. Three weeks later, they refused to accept our shot records and referred us out to another kennel. Now I'm scrambling get another reservation.
