A store filled with home good. I come occasionally to look for home goods like bathroom rugs or conforters. They always honor their coupons although they are expired!
Worst customer service I have ever in life encountered... – From managers on down, this is by far the most disgusting excuse of a store I have been to. Zero respect for customers, bridal registrants, and absolutely not worth wasting your time in. I wish zero stars was an option.
Customer Services May Need Some Training! – I've always shopped here & never had any bad or good experiance's... nothing was ever notworthy.... until this weekened!! I'd gone to return some items to the store WITH MY RECIPET and asked that they put the $$ onto a gift card so that I could purchase some things on their website. The manager gave me a huge LECTURE about how you would not be able to use a gift card on their website, that you'd have to come back to the store and order there. They were very good – i brought a coffee pot from B&B and I broke it 3 times and each time they replaced it without any problem. It was one of those glass ones and I am clumsy! They were really nice about it and I was surprised. Thanks!
