Lady with lovely blue Aqua glasses went out of her way to help my husband with the pillows today even though everyone was sweating so bad. Glad I don’t work there because the heat was terrible . Staff and customers deserve better. Had to leave in a hurry before I passed out. Wanted to look at more though.
Rude, arrogant staff. Yesterday, the young blonde staff member was so rude and arrogant to my 80 y.o. cancer suffering Mum that she was crying when she just told me about it. Wow!
I walked into the store at 4:40pm today (Friday). I say hello, and the reply is “Hi, we’re closing in a few minutes”. Um, what? Store closes at 5pm, yeah? Needless to say, I didn’t stay to look too long, feeling like I’m being sweated out of the store. Do better ladies!
