I've been bringing work shirts here for a while now, and the last couple were done just after January of this year. At about the same time the business was changing ownership. That didn't go so smoothly. The shirt already had a black company logo on it and they used white thread to embroider my name. I specifically stated, when I dropped them off, that the thread should match the logo color of each shirt. The gal said she would redo it. We used Becs for our Cabinet Shop gear and everything turned out great. Designing with them was easy and they had great input. Pricing was fair and we got Carhartt for our sweatshirts. It feels great to have professionally done gear for our guys at a fair price. Turnaround time was great and communication was open and often. Definitely recommend for all custom embroidered needs. Customer service was very simple and easy, the staff on duty were extremely understanding and helped to create my vision. It all turned out great, I will certainly be coming again!
