I can not say enough about Danee and how much she helped me. I will say that I was not myself when I arrived but I have come along way to being myself again thanks to her. I highly, highly recommend her and the center if you need help.
Such a beautiful, comfortable, calming, and thoughtful space. Easy to get to, easy to park. My therapist is amazing and effective. They do EMDR! They take insurance! Inclusivity is clearly prioritized. There are even snacks and waters, and a useful e-newsletter if you want it. I could not possibly recommend this place more highly.

I found this office through looking online for an EMDR therapist in Connecticut to help me process a traumatic experience I had. After filling out the online free consultation form on Becoming You's website, I was greeted with a phone call from Dr. Sharon Clayman to set up my consultation.
