Had appointment (my first) today at 3:15pm. They stuck me in a musty upstairs area where I was completely ignored until 3:41pm. At which point I gave up and walked out.
I arrived on time at 3 p.m., but I wasn’t greeted for quite a while. Around 3:10, Denise came out, but another customer was asking her about facial services, so her assistant escorted me to the massage room. The assistant instructed me to put on a wrap and get situated on the table. I found this unusual, as I’ve never been asked to wear a wrap for a massage.
