Won't use their service again. Used them for years and it's gotten terrible. Just in the last 2 weeks, they only mowed about 2/3 of our back yard both times. My wife reached out to them with no response during those 2 weeks with the exception of a call wanting us to buy pest control service, with no regard to the issues. Do yourselves a favor and keep looking for a better service.
