After years of wearing weaves, wigs, and braids, I started experiencing significant hair loss, especially around my edges. Twice I came into this salon to check out the customer service experience, and both times the staff members were rude to me. I am giving up on trying to put up with this type of behavior. Unprofessional. Nice inside but treating potential customers this way is unpleasant. You can see from my photo, this is the correct salon I visited. peace.

I get a haircut weekly from here from Donavan. If you like professionalism and scheduled appointments, this is the place for you. He's a master barber who runs his chair professionally with great cuts. The shop's persona is run with Brooklyn love. Great place.
