My husband has invested 30k into this policy with Joe in 2018. Since then we have made multiple attempts to reach Joseph via email, phone and FB with the only response is to put 10k more in every year and over the past several months we have made multiple attempts of communication with no response whatsoever. Very expensive life insurance. I did end up joining the insurance company though. A few things to consider, if and when you borrow from the company you are paying a 5% simply interest at the end of each year therefore the money you’ve deposited is some what being held hostage is why they say but your getting 4% on what you deposit.
