My initial experience was decent a few years back as a truck driver. However things have went downhill terribly with this company. They claim to have a higher than average pay, how ever they don’t pay overtime and anything over 40 hours you make $4-5 less per hour. Secondly my experience with them, the transportation manager (Bruce) wanted me to go off duty when I waited 2-7hours every night for the relay driver to get there. That is 2-7 hours unpaid every day. The equipment is old, high miles, hard to get ahold of anyone at night when you need them for breakdowns. Treated like a number. Just a butt in the seat honestly. Money is good. Drivers are friendly and easy to get along with. Easy job all the way around other than the equipment issues.
I do not normally post negative reviews however I watched a Beco truck hit my parked brand new car and drive away. This happened on December 10 and today is January 2 I have called several times, the police have called several times and Beco has been non responsive. You would think that a major trucking company would be able to take ownership for an accident and actually stay on the scene however they drove away and now are not responding to my calls and emails.
