Where do I begin with this shop??? I guess I can start with the EXCELLENT and speedy service I was provided. I had 99 problems with my 2014 Jeep Compass, and with every visit, they make my car feel almost new. I've oil leaks, transmisson issues, suspension needing to be fixed, and much more. The staff are friendly, which makes the entire process not feel taxing as you wait for your service. I've been to this shop three times so far and I'm satisfied with every service I've received. I had an exceptional experience at Becnel’s. I needed a new battery as well as a new alternator and my F-150 worked like a dream! The lady who answered the Iisha was so nice and helpful. She got me an appointment and had me taken care of in one day. Kamisha and Byron were also very helpful. I prefer to use a local business and Becnel’s will definitely get my business again! Thank you!
I move back to take care of mom and needed to find a place to get my tag... I was at my wits end. The young lady was a blessing she got me done ..quick and through. I highly recommend Becnel for inspection. And will be back!
