I’ve taken my son here a few times. They do a good enough job. However when I walked in with my 5 year old son and 8 year old daughter today, I was floored. There was no one in the store so I assumed they were in the back. My kids started playing with the toys and I was taking off my coat when my son noticed what was playing on the tv…. The absolute best salon around. We have been taking my 3yo special needs son here since he started getting haircuts and have always loved the staff and how knowledgeable they are with kids with autism and special needs. Yesterday we went for a regular appointment and my 2 year old daughter came with us. She kept trying to sit in the cars for the kids who are getting haircuts and she cried and said how much she wanted a haircut. I took my 2 year old soon here because the website said they trained to work with kids who have sensory and autism. Now my son doesn’t have either of those but he’s little and hates to have his hair cut so I thought it would be good. He cried and scream the entire time and no one (other than me) tried to make him comfortable. He wiggled a lot and she clipped his neck but that could have happened to anyone with how he was moving. I brought my son for his first haircut today as a walk-in, and the experience was good for 1 year old first hair cut. If I would have read the reviews before I would not have went to be honest but I’m glad I did go! My kids new spot for hair cuts.
