I am a regular at Becky’s Breads. I go at least once and sometimes twice a week. Becky has delicious croissants and brownies and very good pour over coffee. Her croissants are not the traditional shape. Ask her why and she’ll tell you. I think it does improve them, especially as sandwich wrappers.
