I have done traditional therapy for many years but was referred to Becky for brainspotting and not knowing to much about I had no idea other than hearing that it really works for healing .I gotta say I’m in shock and awe and couldn’t believe what i was experiencing but nothing like that happened in my 20 some odd years in traditional therapy . Becky is the best therapist I’ve ever had and she’s also helped many of my friends. Brainspotting with her has removed so much trauma out of my body, brain, & life so quickly. I feel so much better and I’m grateful that I made the decision. I no longer live in fight or flight mode and I can enjoy my life peacefully without my past trauma taunting me. I feel very liberated!
