June has been the BEST agent! She has been so patient and understanding with our move from Indiana to Wisconsin! She’s helped talk through each of the insurances (home and auto) and made us feel so comfortable to talk through with additional questions. This has by far been my smoothest experience with an agent and agency. I can’t thank you all enough!! :)
June was absolutely wonderful helping me navigate some issues with getting insurance coverage in advance of buying a vehicle online. Especially since it was an urgent request! Very efficient and quick to respond. She was great to work with and I appreciate that very much.
They have the absolute best customer service! I've worked with a few agents in the past where they are hard to get ahold of or aren't enjoyable to talk to but with them they are quick to respond and June is lovely to talk to! I always feel like a priority when I need something and they are always available for questions and assistance. We will be working with them for so many years to come!
