Our family ran into Derek at an open house while he was covering for a colleague. Becky (and Derek) go above and beyond what I would imagine a real estate agent would do. They certainly did far more for us than the last agent we worked with. We first tried to buy a piece of land and have a manufactured home placed there. Becky even helped us locate, and dig out(!) the top to the septic tank, during one of the many trips we took to the property.
