Made 7:45 appointment, got here at 7:30 like they asked, didn’t get brought back till 8:05 and now I’ve been sitting in the room for a half hour with no communication of delay or anything. ***only fixing my review and rating because dr Heinz was amazing. She was attentive and really made me feel heard and helped create a great care plan.
I love my primary care doctor Doctor Heins, she is very very nice and very comfortable to talk to. I have a lot of different types of problems with me and she makes sure to test everything to see exactly what is wrong. I’m very happy with my doctor :)
Absolutely do not recommend! Made an appointment for an ear infection which I knew it was . Couldn’t hear , ear filled with fluid and very painful ( those were my only symptoms) she refused to treat me and refused to see me because she said I had “ Covid symptoms “ which apparently is everything now . Sat in doctors office room for 40 minutes after vitals and everything was taken just to be told to leave . If I could give you zero stars I would . You’re absolutely terrible
