Andrew was quick in his response to my need. Someone had broken into my car by smashing the passenger side window. Shayla, he said, helps with claims. Shayla, like Andrew was quick and understanding of my problem. She reassured me that the issue would be resolved quickly. She stayed with me, on the telephone, finding a repair shop close to my work, so it was easier for me to still go to work, without having to take a day off.
