Our daughter’s back window exploded we think from the defroster and she was scheduled to go out of town the next morning. We were also out of town at the time. We contacted Shayla at Becky Goldsmith’s office for help. Even though the cost of repair was less than our deductible, she immediately called her contact at Safelite.
