Very patient person to work with, no pressure. Always answered all my questions. He was flexible with his schedule to show us homes. Overall, made our home buying process smooth and stress free. He's is great real estate broker and person. Would most definitely recommend Mark to anyone.
I’m not the most receptive person when it comes to meeting people in sales. I like to do some research first. We met Mark at an open house and he recommended a mortgage company to us. Mark is very knowledgeable not only about the market and what kinds of offers work but also about the houses. He was able to help visualize and get a better understanding of what repairs would be needed in a home to fit what we wanted. He is very flexible with his schedule and on our new home we were able to go see it the same day it came on the market and place a bid that same night, which I believe was one of the reasons why our offer was accepted. He was always punctual, dependable and consistent with following up when we needed to change our selling date.
