Do not use this company for your appraisal services!!!! They will do the bare minimum amount of work required. I got an appraisal done in May of 2019. Almost a year later they did my appraisal and gave me a valuation of only 5k more. After reviewing the appraisal report I found out that they pulled in Comps from properties that sold 10 months ago.
