Had a really good experience here, my options were discussed and I was listened to and felt that the care was really good. Although it didn't apply to me, I feel like when other patients are in the waiting room, some of the questions asked which were on the tablet could have been more discretionary, and perhaps the patient could be able to answer these more confidentially.
I called Beckside road dental practice with a really painful toothache, and they managed to fit me in on the same day—which I was so grateful for. From the moment I spoke to the receptionist, I felt at ease. She was so lovely, understanding, and helpful in getting me seen quickly. Dr. Bashir was incredibly professional, kind, and thorough. Paid for a scale and polish just to come hope and check that the stains on the back of my upper teeth are still there, also if you want to be told off like a child then this is the perfect place to visit. I respect it’s their duties to advise us on taking care of our dental health but abit of kindness does not cost. Not everyone can afford dental treatments privately.
