I called BT Trailers for some Wilson grain trailer parts. Ann was able to locate the parts we needed immediately. We definitely appreciate the assistance Ann provided. We highly recommend.

Extremely rude never had a good experience here the service lady has hung up on me multiple times when you ask for part she’ll never get you over there and parts take months to get to you save your company time and go somewhere else

Had them order lights as they didn't have them in stock on 8/26/22. The lady in the office called on 8/31/22 to get a cc to pay for the lights as they had got them in. We went to pick up on 9/8/22, we asked for the lights I had ordered and they said i had already picked them 8/26. But they didn't have them in stock on 8/26 and I had to pay for them over the phone on the 8/31. They proceeded to call me a lier and everything else and I was trying to pull one over on them.
