The overall inspection and scheduling process was fine. However, the quality of work done was not. I was unhappy with the initial work as well as work done to correct my concerns. When I shared my ongoing concerns with the quality of both jobs and how aesthetically unpleasing it was, I was told they "have completed the work as agreed upon, and unfortunately, there is nothing more we can do to change the appearance of the mortar." We remember completing the chimney repair in July 2024. As we explained then, due to the age of the chimney, the new mortar used would not immediately match the existing mortar. We informed customer that it would take time for the mortar to darken and blend, a process affected by weather. Customer expressed understanding and acceptance of this at the time.We're surprised and saddened to hear of her dissatisfaction nine months later. We stand by the quality of our work and the information provided.
