I am giving 3 stars because half the reason I called was for cleaning and inspection due to there being a very loud rattling noise throughout the chimney whenever there are strong winds. I was told that they would check to make sure that everything was secure, including the chimney cap. The two technicians that arrived did everything from inside my home and did not even get on the roof to inspect the chimney externally. The overall inspection and scheduling process was fine. However, the quality of work done was not. The first picture is the repair job that was complete. The second picture is the resolution to my complaints of the first job. When I shared my concerns with the quality of both jobs and how aesthetically unpleasing it is, I was told they “have completed the work as agreed upon, and unfortunately, there is nothing more we can do to change the appearance of the mortar.” A second opinion from a trustworthy local business differed... read more
