I’ve never seen a company try so hard to ruin its own work culture. What was once a dream job has turned into a corporate nightmare. This place was 5 stars less than 3 years ago and in that time, literally everything has changed for the worse. If you are looking to work here, you may be better off holding out for a company that stands by its own morals/values rather than turning their backs on them at the first moment of insecurity. Do better, Beckman Coulter.
This company is slowly stripping back what made them a great place to work at. I remember when Beckman was a place people were proud to work at, now everyone I know is looking for employment elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and do not work for a company like this
