Working with Beckman Builders was a horrible experience for us. Karl frames major defects as minor “warranty issues.” In reality, 17 of 30 windows were improperly spray foamed, two doors had to be reset, one door was installed with a rotten frame, and his crew needed the manufacturer’s rep to show them how to properly install a door.
