RecommendedDr. Shafer knows her business. My dad is 90 years old and has spent many thousands of dollars being frustrated not being able to hear. After one visit to Dr. Shafer and new hearing aids he can hear. He cannot believe it and it is truly a blessing to him and for all of us. Thank you Dr. Shafer for being here for all of us in this area that need your expertise.
Dr. Shafer is wonderful. She is very professional, efficient and friendly. When my husband got his hearing aids she took as much time as needed to be sure he knew everything about them before he left with them. My husband felt she really understood people with hearing loss. She always made sure to look directly at him when speaking which improved his understanding of what was being said.
She is so helpful with her patients. she takes her time and explains what ever the situation may be.
I have been to many audiologists over the last twenty years. Never have I been treated with such kindness and respect. They worked hard to get the best aides for me. And I have the world back. So grateful to the entire team
The staff is so friendly and helpful. Dr Shafer goes over and beyond to help you. Very satisfied .
Dr. Shafer is so very knowledgeable, and she can explain complicated things in ways that non-audiologists can understand! I can't recommend her highly enough!!
