They sold me a 2005 Isata 254 for good amount of money, I trusted the salesman Alex having only 26k miles it appeared to be in great condition, they hid lots and lots of issues that should have been disclosed, microwave oven did not work, hot water heater did not work, burners did not work, generator does not work, windshield washer does not work, exhaust manifolds leak, check engine was on, ton of cracks, dings and scratches all over the body, list goes on and on and on, salesman kept on lying to me that everything worked w... read more

Found "Paul The Air Force Guy" while I was looking and learning about used class C Winnebago View - Navion. Watched a couple of his Youtube videos and then sent an email to Paul with LOTS of questions. Wasn't sure when or if Paul would contact me here in Wisconsin! My experience with Beckley was really good. Our salesperson Paul was very knowledgeable and helped explain why a lighter version of the camper I wanted would work better then what I was looking at initially. He gave us a ton of information. As as this was our first camper it was appreciated. I definitely feel it was a good experience. They even took care of an issue we had at no cost and fixed a couple small warranty issues. We will probably go first to Beckley's when we want to upgrade to the larger model.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Angelo at Beckley's. What an amazing young man. He helped make our dreams come true of owning a camper. He took the time to walk us through everything from looking to buying. The entire staff was truly a wonderful group of people to work with. Fantastic used 5th wheel. Great price. It was a 2013 and after 4 months I can't find any wear. They detailed this unit to the nines!!!!! So far I'm very excited about this unit.

Just a note that anytime you have routine service performed @ Beckley's insure you have no damage upon arrival and also upon departure. Document it as such. Craig B., owner, will not stand behind any of the time (numerous weeks) it is stored onsite or even when test driven if any accidental damage occurs. Long story, short, was that they could not duplicate how it might have possibly been damaged, so our problem.
