Terrible place to go if you get a chance go to Huntington
This place has really helped me the people that work there are great There's one lady a nurse who acts like it kills her to wait on you and talks down to everyone,,she's a African American lady and just acts like it kills her to come to work I hate when they call my number and I have to go to her booth I'm not the only person who feels that way,,,other than her the place is great It's a shame one person can hurt the rest of the people who care that's the reason I'm only giving 3 stars..

There are some very caring people here and some pretty awesome ones too!
The staff is friendly. Kevin is my counselor and he’s great. If I can’t find him, other counselors are usually happy to help, if able. The nurses are kind and respectful if you respect them. That being said, there just seems to be lack of efficiency somewhere. It took me WAY longer to phase up than I should have (when I lost my take-home due to a false positive that came back negative from the lab). Wait times can be extremely long sometimes especially after a holiday or something like that.
