There are some very caring people here and some pretty awesome ones too!
The staff is friendly. Kevin is my counselor and he’s great. If I can’t find him, other counselors are usually happy to help, if able. The nurses are kind and respectful if you respect them. That being said, there just seems to be lack of efficiency somewhere. It took me WAY longer to phase up than I should have (when I lost my take-home due to a false positive that came back negative from the lab). Wait times can be extremely long sometimes especially after a holiday or something like that.
Accountability is what held me back from being the best me. I needed that to keep me on the best path. They hold you accountable for your actions there, ppl may not like that and want to be mad when csught up, but you get what you put into life. Also, NONE OF THE PICTURES ARE FROM THE BTC lol. Idk why the didn't use real photos. Eh it's all good though.
The only reason I’m giving a 5 star is because of staff. Stephanie is hands down the best director that place has ever seen. We have to understand that this clinic is a heavy traffic clinic and at times hands are tied and things don’t go as we want. But when I tell you that Stephanie will go out of her way, each and every time, to help you get to where you need to be, I mean she will literally drop what’s she’s in the middle of to take care of YOU. I have had nothing but good experiences here, note, I haven't been here long but everyone has been really friendly, helpful, understanding, and considerate of my situations. The medicine helps me and I don't have the urge for anything else. I am truly blessed that this place exists.
