I’m always nervous to go to a new mechanic, but customer service was fantastic. Their team is knowledgeable and professional. Had me in and out within a couple of hours (I did a drop off). Will be back in the future!
Took my son’s Mercedes-Benz to Beckley for some repairs and maintenance work, and the staff were very professional, helpful, and communicated well. The prices were reasonable compared with other quotes I’d received. We will definitely return for future needs.
