I was once again very pleased with the overall experience at Beckley's. Very pleasant and professional staff who kept me informed about the status of the work. All in all, an exceptional experience.
I heard a rattling when driving, which I didn’t suspect was anything major, but it was an obnoxious noise. Beckley got me in within a week. It was the heat shield on my exhaust. They secured it, didn’t try to up sell me on anything (which as a woman I really appreciate) AND they offered free rides to my residence and back while I was waiting on the work to be finished. This was my first time at Beckley, and I’ll definitely go again when I need to.
Easy to work with and convenient. Car runs great now!
