Requested to make my will valid and to rewrite if needed. I had recently discovered in Oregon a Will can easily be contested if a notary was used. I wanted to have my Will fool proof and completed by an attorney. I missed his call the first time and called him back for him to say "a little short of time now. I tried to tell him I had had some documents completed but the Will I wanted to be made secure. He refused and kept saying over and over he didn't want to get sued. Should not be allowed to handle people's estates. He accepts wills where the social security number isn't even the signers. Files blank attesting witness signatures which really the courts shouldn't have accepted. Mislead the courts by mislabling an attesting witness which was for the codicil but titled attesting witness to the Will. Which made the Will seem to be self proving.
